The Profit Online Summit was launched to help small businesses get practical advice from a variety of experts on how to grow their business. The organizer wanted to provide real, actionable content that attendees could implement in their businesses immediately to help them through our fast-changing environment… without having to hear a sales pitch every 30 minutes.
The organizer knew how to organize and promote a summit from a marketing standpoint, but needed expertise when it came to building the systems needed to launch a successful virtual summit.
ElectraLime Marketing provided graphic design services, video creation and editing as well as website and live stream services for this project. We worked with the client to find a live stream option that provided the capabilities they were looking for while staying within budget. In addition to a white labeled, embedded live stream, we also needed to integrate a live chat component to keep attendees engaged.
All speaker content was pre-recorded and delivered to the client ahead of the event. Once content was received, we created graphics for social media posts as well as placeholder slides, which were then turned into videos that were utilized between presentations.
We created a gate content portal on the event website that housed the live stream and live chat, as well as speaker resources. In addition to the engagement provided through the live chat, we incorporated a virtual happy hour at the end of Day 3 for attendees.
ElectraLime Marketing provided production management support throughout the three day event, ensuring all sessions launched properly and provided technical support for any system issues.
