A US-based national integrated managed healthcare organization normally holds its annual employee recognition awards event at a four-star resort to honor and recognize their high performing sales team. Due to COVID-19, they needed to transition this 3 day event to a virtual format. The challenge was to provide a high-end virtual experience for their employees who were used to the resort experience.
ElectraLime Marketing was brought on to work with their internal events team as well as the outsourced meeting planner to translate this live event to a virtual platform.
We produced a 2-day event that included breakout sessions with executives, guest speakers, entertainment, virtual experiences, and AV produced keynote sessions.
We chose to use Pathable as the virtual event platform for this event. ElectraLime Marketing took the platform and customized its capabilities to meet the clients’ event theme and specific event needs. ElectraLime Marketing worked directly with the event team and meeting planner to build out the agenda and content. Our team pre-recorded 45 segments for the awards session as well as provided live production for a panel discussion and the opening keynote.
The event culminated with a 1.5 hour awards gala with our AV team live-switching between live participants and pre-recorded elements.
In addition to providing live AV production, ElectraLime Marketing provided virtual production management, monitoring every session and providing event technical support.
